Residence Pool Pavilion

This 600 Sq. Ft. pool pavilion was designed to create an outdoor living space adjacent to the existing residence and pool. The building materials are maintenance free and match the exiting residence. The Pavilion featured an outdoor BBQ kitchen, a vaulted ceiling, a stained concrete floor, a stone fireplace with a flat panel television above the mantel, a casual seating area, a toilet/changing room and a small pool storage room.
